The Veil Sessions are structured virtual gatherings devoted to truth-telling and collective witnessing.
Each session centers a theme such as anger, desire, ambition, pain, expectations, disappointment, fear, motherhood, loneliness, power.
This is an opportunity to voice what you’ve been holding in, to speak your truth unapologetically, and to heal old wounds. This is a space to let go of the stone within your heart, the pain of the past, the hurts of the trauma. This is a space to ask the questions you’ve always wanted to ask and to share the stories you’ve been too afraid to share.
This is not a space for hate, judgement, or division. This is not a space for offering advice, suggestions, or critique.
It is a space for speaking clearly.
And for being heard.
When truth is witnessed without interruption, shame dissolves.
If you do not wish to speak aloud during our session but still want your voice heard, you can submit your words ahead of time and I will read them for you. If you wish to stay off camera, you may do so.
