After Dark is a structured, virtual gathering devoted to embodiment, desire, and self-trust.
When we are disconnected from our bodies, we are disconnected from ourselves and our personal power. After Dark is a deliberate return to the body as authority.
Through guided embodied practice, movement, touch, breath, reflective inquiry, and witnessing, women reconnect with sensation, longing, and instinct and strengthen their ability to trust what they feel.
You come to inhabit yourself more fully.
